Kalloori Kanavu Scheme :- This initiative is part of the “Naan Mudhalvan Plan”. The program was launched by Lady Doak College in May 2024. It is designed to help Class XII Students choose the subject of their choice. The goal of this program is to help 12th grade graduates realise their future goals by teaching them to choose degree programs, diploma programmes and colleges that focus on higher education based upon their areas of study.

Kalloori Kanavu Scheme 2024

As part of the “Kalloori Kanavu” project, career advisory sessions will be held in various districts until May 13th to help students make informed decisions about their chosen higher education courses. The “Kalloori Kanavu”, higher education advisory program, was launched at Lady Doak College on 8th May 2024. This program, which falls under the “Naan Mudhalvan”, helps students in Class XII select the subject they wish to study at college.

 Objectives of Kalloori Kanavu Scheme

Madurai’s students have more options than students from other districts when it comes time to choose their field of study. There are colleges for every discipline including arts and sciences and law. Also, there are colleges for medicine, engineering and agriculture. As part of the “Kalloori Kanavu”, career advisory sessions will take place in various districts up until May 13th. The plan aims to help students make informed decisions about their future education. Students must have a clear understanding of the impact that higher education has on their lives.
