There are many counters that take requests, and women also have their own counters. Each project is divided into two parts, MPDO (mandal parishad development officer) manages the second part and MRO (mandal revenue officer) manages the first part.

Each soldier has to go to two places in one day. The living area will feature more open counters. People who are unable to register in Grama Sabha can also serve in Gramme Panchayats. This is an ongoing process and will not end on January 6, after which time people can still submit applications at MPDO or MRO sites.

A dedicated account will be available to those who wish to lodge their complaint through means other than the Praja Palana application form. 600 locations across the city have been designated as Praja Palana Application Centres. Once the government initiates the process, the location will change. Government employees have been designated to assist with the project and receive application forms at the centre.
